We are currently looking for a PR Manager who can strengthen our team with their expertise and creativity. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, enjoy creating meaningful content, and can effectively manage multiple projects at once, we’d be happy to receive your resume.

Our ideal candidate:

• Can work on-site in Kyiv or Lviv and is open to business trips;
• Has at least 2 years of experience in PR and/or journalism;
• Fluent in English at B2 (Upper Intermediate) or above;
• Has an established network of “warm contacts” in business and tech media, knows how to build strong professional connections and long-term partnerships, and actively attends industry events;
• Possesses exceptional attention to detail and creative thinking;
• Enjoys and excels at writing meaningful content in various formats (expert columns, press releases, newsletters, etc.) and can identify engaging topics for PR activities;
• Is skilled at time management and prioritization.

An advantage would be:

• Experience working with MailerLite;
• Experience in product communications or product-related PR;
• Experience collaborating with speakers and influencers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Ukrainian and international media to ensure high-quality coverage of the Cluster’s projects both in Ukraine and abroad;
• Creating newsworthy stories and implementing creative ideas;
• Writing various types of content, including press releases, statements, interviews, and news articles;
• Briefing and preparing speakers for public appearances and interviews;
• Closely cooperating with the content writers, videographer, designers, SMM specialists, and marketers;
• Working with journalists: pitching interviews and press releases, creating exclusives, and preparing comments;
• Monitoring and managing brand reputation, including handling crisis communications.

Additional important details:

• Full-time employment;
• Work hours are 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday;
• Work is office-based with a hybrid option (office-remote) after the probation period;
• Office work: Lviv – 3 Ulas Samchuk St.; Kyiv – 8 Knyaziv Ostrozkykh St. (Creative States of Arsenal)
• We provide a computer, office equipment, and the necessary software for work.
