We are currently looking for an SMM Manager who is passionate about content, full of creative ideas, and eager to grow together with the Lviv IT Cluster team.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Is based in Lviv and available for occasional business trips;
• Has at least 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing;
• Possesses excellent Ukrainian writing and communication skills;
• Has English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher;
• Can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly adapt to changes;
• Has strong time management and prioritization skills;
• Demonstrates creative thinking, proactively generates ideas, and successfully brings them to life.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a marketing agency or IT company;
• Ability to work with professional equipment (camera, lighting, sound equipment) for content production.

Responsibilities

• Execute SMM strategies and develop monthly and quarterly content plans;
• Generate and implement creative ideas for social media, monitor competitors, analyze trends, and explore new content formats to improve the SMM strategy;
• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts;
• Edit videos and news screencasts for Cluster projects;
• Write copy and publish content across Lviv IT Cluster and project social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Threads, and TikTok);
• Moderate direct messages and community interactions;
• Create tasks for designers and monitor their execution;
• Prepare social media analytics and performance reports;
• Set up and manage technical equipment for webinars held in Kyiv;
• Provide SMM support for events such as IT Meets, IT Arena, and other Cluster initiatives.

Additional Information

• Full-time position;
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
• Office-based work with a hybrid format (office/remote) available after the probation period;
• Office location: 3 Ulasa Samchuka Street, Lviv;
• We provide all necessary equipment, office hardware, and software.
