We’re looking for a lawyer who thinks analytically, isn’t afraid of responsibility, and is ready to tackle complex challenges in a dynamic environment. If you’re driven by challenges, innovation, and the opportunity to impact the development of the IT industry, this role is for you.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in the legal field;
• Possesses at least 1 year of practical experience in one of the following areas: tax law (particularly CFCs and transfer pricing), international structuring, intellectual property (IP), or labor law;
• Specializes in commercial and contract law;
• Has hands-on experience in corporate law;
• Holds a Master’s degree in Law from a leading Ukrainian or international university;
• Has a strong interest in innovation, the IT industry, and the legal regulation of these sectors;
• Demonstrates strong legal writing and document drafting skills in both Ukrainian and English;
• Works effectively in a multitasking environment, responds quickly to challenges, and makes well-considered decisions;
• Fluent in English at B1 (Intermediate) level and above.

An advantage would be:

• At least 1 year of legal experience in the IT sector;
• Holds a valid attorney’s license;
• Experience in employment law support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring current Ukrainian and international legislation;
• Providing legal services to IT companies, including drafting new contracts and reviewing existing ones; advising on the feasibility and applicability of particular business models; legal support in obtaining residency in Diia.City and ongoing legal support for Diia.City residents; amending companies’ founding documents, and making changes in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts related to the company’s internal activities;
• Researching and assessing various risk factors related to business decisions and company activities, taking into account relevant legal positions and their updates;
• Assisted with staffing and military registration; provided consultations on mobilization and reservist issues.

• Full-time employment;
• Work hours are 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday;
• Work is office-based with a hybrid option (office-remote) after the probation period;
• Office work: Lviv – 3 Ulas Samchuk St.; Kyiv – 8 Knyaziv Ostrozkykh St. (Creative States of Arsenal)
