Vchasno Group is a Ukrainian group of IT companies that creates digital solutions to simplify business processes and interactions with the government.

Their key projects include “Zakupivli.Pro”, the country’s largest platform for public and commercial procurement and auctions, and “Vchasno”, a comprehensive digital ecosystem for clear and efficient business management. Mission of the company is to turn Ukraine into a leading digital nation.
Zakupivli.Pro is the largest platform for public and commercial procurement and auctions (according to open BI Prozorro data). Every second public purchaser chooses it for tendering. In 2025, over 83,696 open tender procedures were published on Zakupivli.Pro.
Vchasno provides a comprehensive ecosystem of digital solutions for easy and clear business management, trusted by over 1,300,000 companies. The platform offers electronic document management, HR process automation, e-receipt issuance, secure digital signatures, contract exchange with partners, electronic waybill (TTN) management, and reporting for individual entrepreneurs.
Beyond developing a digital ecosystem for Ukrainian business and government, Vchasno Group is deeply committed to social impact. The company consistently supports humanitarian initiatives focused on saving lives — including firefighting drones, medical evacuations, and housing recovery for families affected by the full-scale invasion.
Through the “Translate with Vchasno” initiative, Vchasno Group makes global business thought leadership accessible for Ukrainian readers. In partnership with Vivat Publishing, the company is planning to publish 12 business books. Two have already been released: Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek and The Lean Startup by Eric Ries.
Vchasno Group actively invests in future IT talent through the “Vchasno.Generation” initiative. Over the past year, they hosted 11 office tours for more than 250 teens and collaborated with 4 charitable foundations and 3 universities. The initiative also engaged young people from frontline regions, displaced families, and socially vulnerable communities.
“We share a common mission — to transform Ukraine into a leading digital nation. Joining the Lviv IT Cluster was a natural step for Vchasno Group in bringing our strategic values to life. Collaborating with other members allows us to accelerate the development of our digital ecosystem for both business and government. Over the past year, we launched two new products and invested in several solutions, including one specifically for the Uzbekistan market. We have exciting insights to share and we’re looking forward to learning from our colleagues’ best practices. Today’s world is changing so quickly, platforms like the Lviv IT Cluster empower companies to grow together and unlock new opportunities for business in Ukraine and beyond,” says Mykola Palienko, co-founder and CEO of Vchasno Group.
“We are delighted to welcome Vchasno Group to the Lviv IT Cluster community. It is a company with strong product expertise and a clear public and social mission that closely aligns with our values. Vchasno Group’s solutions are already transforming the way businesses operate and interact with the government in Ukraine, and we are confident that their experience in digital services, GovTech, and business process automation will make an important contribution to the development of our community,” adds Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of the Lviv IT Cluster.
