Veedoo is a digital agency that joins the Lviv IT Cluster with a clear mission: to support the growth of Ukraine’s dynamic tech sector by helping the community attract investment, build partnerships, and strengthen its presence in international markets at a critical moment for the country.

Working at the intersection of technology and strategic communications, Veedoo blends Ukrainian and international expertise to help mission-driven organisations and tech innovators grow, scale, and achieve global impact. The company specialises in the development of digital platforms, communications strategies, UX/UI designs, and software tools that engage, inform, and deliver. Its clients range from government agencies and international NGOs to membership associations and businesses across Ukraine, the EU, and beyond.
As Russia’s illegal war reshapes Ukraine’s economy and technology landscape, Veedoo has expanded its focus on strengthening the visibility, credibility, and investment readiness of Ukrainian tech teams.
“We have worked in Ukraine for over a decade, and we recognise the urgency of strengthening the country’s defence against Russian aggression and expanding international support”, said Ian Bearder, Founder and CEO of Veedoo. “Our work is grounded in that experience, and joining the Lviv IT Cluster allows us to contribute where it matters most. By helping teams communicate clearly, engage international decision-makers, and build partnerships, we can support Ukraine’s national security, long-term recovery, and integration into European and North American markets”.
Founded in Kyiv in 2014, Veedoo now operates with a presence in Estonia and a hybrid team of 12 developers, designers, and communications experts across Ukraine, the EU, and Morocco. The team brings deep knowledge of international institutions, with experience supporting initiatives funded by the European Union, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, USAID, and leading global NGOs.
Veedoo’s portfolio reflects its focus on impact. The agency has developed platforms and campaigns for high-profile initiatives such as EUvsDisinfo, the EU’s flagship counter-disinformation programme, and EU Neighbours East, the EU’s primary communications platform in the Eastern Partnership region. It has also created the digital infrastructure for Lifeline Ukraine, Ukraine’s national suicide prevention service; built Runday, a free running community uniting thousands of people across Ukraine; delivered digital education platforms; and designed AI-powered lead generation systems for the pharmaceutical sector.
“We are glad that Veedoo has joined the Lviv IT Cluster. We fully understand how important it is to strengthen the country’s defense capabilities and secure international support. Veedoo’s experience in communication and partnership building will help teams interact more effectively with international leaders and contribute to Ukraine’s security, recovery, and integration into European and North American markets,” said Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster.
As a member of the Lviv IT Cluster, Veedoo plans to support initiatives focused on growth, innovation, and resilience. This includes strengthening communications capacity across the sector, helping founders and defence-tech teams refine their narratives, proposals, and investor pitches, and contributing to broader efforts to attract global partnerships and accelerate growth in Ukraine’s tech ecosystem.
