An increasing number of banks are expanding Ukrainians’ access to financial services through inclusive initiatives, ensuring equal opportunities to manage their finances. In 2024 alone, Oschadbank and PUMB installed Voice Assistant – an assistant for visually impaired and blind individuals developed by RENOME SMART – on over 600 self-service terminals and ATMs. Several other Ukrainian TOP banks have expressed interest in the solution.
The undisputed leader in the field of inclusive solutions is Oschadbank, which scaled the voice assistant to 538 ATMs in 2024. Moreover, this year, in January, Oschadbank opened a barrier-free department at the Central Railway Station in Kyiv with a 24-hour self-service zone. The department is equipped with an ATM with Voice Assistant.
Voice Assistant, the software created by RENOME SMART, is unique in the banking niche. Voice Assistant ensures adaptation to new realities and equal access to finances for all citizens, thereby contributing to economic development and compliance with international standards and recommendations on financial inclusion.
The solution complies with the “Methodological recommendations on the organization of servicing consumers of financial services from low-mobility population groups in Ukrainian institutions” of the National Bank of Ukraine.
