WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT company operating since 2011, currently employing over 120 professionals.

The company was founded by Viktor Turskyi, a co-owner of WebbyLab and former Google engineer known for his active involvement in Ukraine’s IT community, and Anton Morozov, co-owner and CEO of WebbyLab.
As of September 10, 2024, WebbyLab is a resident of Diia.City.
Over the years, the company has successfully delivered more than 300 projects, including 15 for five Fortune 500 companies such as Mercedes and Uber. WebbyLab is also a frequent contributor to the IT community, with its developers speaking at over 50 industry conferences.

Each developer at WebbyLab has access to Baseline, a guide created by co-founder Viktor Turskyi. It outlines a foundational skill set essential for engineers and helps them understand how technologies and systems work, anticipate potential challenges, and develop effective solutions. Baseline versions also exist for QA and PM roles.
The company places special emphasis on the use of artificial intelligence, encouraging employees to integrate AI tools into their workflows to enhance speed, productivity, and quality.

Following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, WebbyLab donated 100% of its profits through the end of 2022 to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, totaling nearly $350,000.
In 2023, the company established a Volunteer Fund that encourages employee donations and supports grassroots initiatives led by WebbyLab team members. This approach not only improved the impact of aid efforts but also fostered a sense of security and solidarity among employees, particularly those affected by mobilization. In total, the fund has backed 203 volunteer initiatives with over $360,000 in funding.
