ІТ Company Boosta Celebrates its 9th Anniversary

Nine years – is it a lot or a little for a company? Boosta believes it’s enough time to achieve success and become a significant player in the IT market.

The team has grown by 79 Boosters in the last year, and they continue actively seeking new talents.

• Dozens of projects and hundreds of thousands of clients

Boosta’s portfolio includes successful IT products, performance marketing projects, its own investment fund Burner, and the Boosta Startup Factory. Additionally, the company has its own Boosta Academy, which trains digital professionals.

• Comfortable offices in Kyiv, Lviv, and Warsaw

Despite the challenges, they maintain comfortable offices (two in Kyiv and one in Lviv) equipped to work autonomously during blackouts. In April 2023, Boosta opened our first office in Warsaw, Poland.

• Remote work from anywhere in the world

Every booster has the choice of a hybrid schedule or remote work. Currently, specialists from 39 different countries work at Boosta.

• Massive rebranding and collaborations

Last year Boosta underwent a complete rebranding, including logo and brand style changes. The merchandise was entirely updated, and Boosta collaborated with the Ukrainian brand KSENIIASHNAIDER to create a mini-collection of branded clothing.

How Boosta celebrated its 9th birthday

This year’s celebration theme was “United as never before.” Despite being scattered worldwide, they aimed to unite the team and foster a sense of belonging. Some initiatives included:

• Thank You Day. To initiate a cycle of gratitude, the company holds this activity once a year. The form is open for exactly 24 hours, allowing colleagues to thank each other in any quantity. Afterward, these expressions of thanks are compiled into separate letters sent to each professional via email. The number of “Thank You” messages in 2023 reached 8407, an absolute record.
  
• Speed Friending. To develop a networking culture, Boosta organized the Speed Friending activity. Each pair had 5 minutes for communication, after which participants would switch.
  
• Unique gifts. The company prepared a genuine Summer Kit for its professionals, bringing many pleasant emotions to each booster regardless of their location.
  
• Boosta Look Challenge. The company announced a challenge where participants were required to take a photo wearing or with one of Boosta’s branded items in their respective locations.
