Avenga has one of the largest Salesforce teams in Ukraine, consisting of highly qualified specialists. Therefore one of the company’s priorities is developing the salesforce community in Ukraine. The initiative involves training young personnel and educational activities, since quite a few people, even those engaged in the IT industry, do not understand the advantages of this platform.
Recently Salesforce team has conducted a one-semester course at the Ukrainian Catholic University. The course consisted of lectures and practical assignments. All students successfully defended their projects and gained practical experience with the Salesforce Platform. Now they can be fairly called junior Salesforce developers because, during the training, they covered a great many topics, including administration, working with the Salesforce Database, declarative programming, frontend and backend development in Salesforce, and integration.
“Valuable information; the course covers many topics providing an understanding of how everything works in Salesforce. Home assignments make up a single project, so it is interesting that we get something complete at the end rather than a set of unrelated activities. Also, the tasks are usually easy and quick, but sometimes they still require time to think”, said one of the course students.
Avenga wishes young Salesforce professionals a successful career and thanks to speakers for contributing to the development of the Salesforce community in Ukraine. Salesforce has been the world leader among CRM platforms for many years. It was founded in 1999 by the former Oracle CEO Marc Benioff. The main idea was to develop accessible software and implement it as an entirely online service.
