Boosta has entered the ‘Top 25 Employers Open to Youth’ ranking by STUD-POINT for the third time

Every year, the youth organization STUD-POINT recognizes companies in Ukraine collaborating with individuals under 25: organizing educational events, participating in career-related activities, and offering internships and job opportunities. The international IT company Boosta has been included in this ranking for the third consecutive year.

In 2023, Boosta actively participated in more than 15 partnership events for youth, such as Digital School, Soft Skills IT School, and Marketing School organized by STUD-POINT, the Spring Career Intensive at Lviv Polytechnic National University, Global Career Days at Taras Shevchenko National University, ‘Time to Work,’ and others.

Boosta also actively contributes to the educational process of students. The company’s experts conducted ten lectures and seminars on design, digital marketing, and development at Ukrainian universities. In February 2023, Boosta specialists participated in a course on creative professions organized by DEED4KIDS for Ukrainian orphaned children in Türkiye.

Boosta also organizes independent initiatives for the development of students and to assist them in launching their professional careers. 

• For instance, the company runs the educational project Boosta Academy. In March 2022, Boosta provided free access to all courses for Ukrainians; currently, the course ‘Customer Care: Support & Sales’ remains open. It is an excellent opportunity to acquire a new profession and kickstart a career.
• Furthermore, Boosta periodically launches internship programs for students. In 2023, they conducted a successful three-week paid internship for recruiters. As a result of this initiative, two talented recruiters joined the Boosta team.

Additionally, the company communicates with the youth through the Telegram channel ‘Boosta for Youth,’ where they regularly post up-to-date job vacancies to help beginners embark on their professional paths.
