Capgemini Engineering has been recognized as one of the top 10 responsible IT companies in Ukraine, according to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) rating released by The Page and CSR Ukraine.
The company received the maximum score in the “employee safety” category. After all, at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, it implemented programs for the relocation of employees to safe regions, a comprehensive well-being program that provides them with psychological support. Capgemini Engineering also cooperates with the Veteran HUB to ensure the reintegration of veterans and has partnered with the Superhumans Center to build a state-of-the-art center for prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation and psychological support for war-affected adults and children.
