Customertimes provides IT services to Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprises in Europe, the United States, and Latin America. Its customers are industry leaders in healthcare, life sciences, CPG, manufacturing, financial services, education, and non-profit.
Since the beginning of the Russian war against Ukraine, Customertimes has been focused on helping its Ukrainian colleagues and people in need. In addition to launching a reimbursement program for those forced to relocate to other parts of Ukraine or abroad, Customertimes has helped their team members leave dangerous locations and find safe housing. Employees can also join the corporate Wellbeing Program to receive licensed mental health care.
In order to help the people affected by the war, the company launched The Give Back to Ukraine Fund, an initiative to support humanitarian efforts in the country. Company partners, customers, and colleagues all over the world have joined the initiative, and CT employees in Ukraine are using these funds to support volunteer projects on the ground.
“Despite the war, Customertimes continues to work, support the Ukrainian economy, and contribute to the development of the IT industry and IT professionals. We are glad to join Lviv IT Cluster, and we look forward to a fruitful partnership. It is more important than ever to unite, develop the local IT industry, and become even stronger for our common victory,” comments Artem Kolyshkin, Country Head.
“I am glad Customertimes joins our community. Today, Cluster is the largest IT community in the country. We unite more and more companies and people ready to build the future of the city and Ukraine. We have a lot of joint meetings, decisions, and projects ahead of us. Thank you for choosing to develop the IT industry with us,” Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster.
