Defining the Primary HR KPI for 2023 at IT Meets: Talent

Lviv IT Cluster will host the eighth and final IT Meets series conference of this year. The theme of the event is Retention vs Attrition vs Satisfaction: Defining the Main KPI for 2023. Similar to the first IT Meets event earlier this year, the upcoming conference will also focus on talents and their role as critical assets in the tech industry. The event will bring together 200 Chief People Officers, People Partners, recruiters, brand managers, HR marketers, community managers, HR generalists, and other HR specialists. Together, they will summarize the outcomes of 2023 and discuss expectations, trends, and forecasts for 2024.

The conference’s keynote speaker will be Philip Hatch, who has consulted for some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies, including Boeing, Microsoft, IBM, HP, Cisco, and Roche. He has also collaborated with governments on talent attraction strategies. Philip will share international HR and recruiting trends for 2024.

Additionally, conference participants will gain insights into the following topics:

• How benefits for specialists have evolved during the full-scale invasion.
• What transpired in the job market in 2023 and how to proactively address the challenges of 2024.

The event will be held in-person at the main building of Lviv Polytechnic National University in Lviv on December 14.
