Empat Startup Studio Joins Lviv IT Cluster

Empat is a startup studio that has been working since 2013 to create innovative mobile and web projects for the Ukrainian market and the world.

The team, where people always come first, already has more than 300 successful cases in Real Estate, FinTech, Edtech, Healthcare, and other industries. Since 2022, the company has started developing the AI area and has been participating in well-known global conferences in America, England, the UAE, and Europe.

This year, Empat has already grown by 40%, and along with this, they are maturing as a company, incorporating new technologies and initiatives. The company started to work even harder on the level of trust and satisfaction of employees by developing the HR brand and the R&D office, organizing Tech meetups, SoftSkill workshops, city tours, gym classes, etc.

Thanks to the commitment of the team, Empat was recognized as a Top 3 employer in Ukraine by DOU. Team’s professionalism and motivation helped it receive the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the World award among more than 280,000 service companies, according to Clutch, a platform for finding and selecting business service providers.

However, Empat is not limited to creating commercially successful products and services. They believe we are responsible for the world around us and actively contribute to social initiatives and volunteer projects.

For many years, Empat has been working to support a number of non-governmental organizations, such as the Plast scouting organization, the military-themed online media Militarniy, and others. Since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, team has been involved in the development of a number of advocacy and volunteer projects, including the non-profit initiative SpendWithUkraine, the online media WeAreUkraine, the HealUA app for doctors, and the RevengeFor service, which has raised more than UAH 8,500,000 for the Come Back Alive Foundation.

Together with the employees, Empat raises monthly funds to help cover the immediate needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The company believes that after the victory, there will be even more volunteer projects, and they will be able to double our contribution to the recovery, helping the military and civilians.

Empat aims to share information about Ukrainian and global projects that they are involved in. Therefore, they periodically publish articles in The Washington Post, The New York Times, Forbes, AIN, Vector, and other media.

Empat invests in the future, so they have several successful launches of Flutter developer school. The team wants to grow the Flutter community in Ukraine and create more jobs for creative and talented young people.

While the team works worldwide, Empat’s headquarters is located in the heart of Kyiv and employs about 50 people. As they scale up and hire new team members, the company is excited to open a new office in the west of Ukraine.
