With the help of chatbots, you can find information about:
- Joining the army – information about territorial defense and army’s support
- Evacuation – sections “Help with accommodation,” “Relocation to Poland.”
- Communal services
- Shelter in the city and region
It will significantly lessen the workload of Lviv civil-military administrations and other institutions’ hotlines and simplify the access to critical and actual information for citizens. For example, in the “Communal services” section, people can report on problems with street lighting, elevators, gas supply, roof leaks, etc. Information about traffic in the Lviv region, changes in the amount of transport or roots, and contacts are available in the “Transport” section.
“Due to significant amount of calls since 25.02.2022, hotline operators will only proceed requests regarding war, evacuation, threatening life situation, communal services accidents. We kindly ask users to be understanding if they are asked to wait on line. The hotline operator can’t interrupt the conversation with the previous person in order to start a new one. In such case, we ask you to wait or to use a chatbot”, says Lviv region contact center Taras Ropiannyk.
Currently, developers are working hard to launch such chatbots in other regions.
