IT Company Boosta Has Launched a Direction of Cooperation With Universities

The majority of Ukrainian students note that higher education should be more applied. After all, many students face difficulties when looking for their first job. It’s like a vicious circle: you can’t get a job without experience, and you can’t get experience without a job.

The international IT company Boosta has been working on educational initiatives for a long time and even created its own Boosta Academy for training in digital professions. But this year, the company expanded its scope of activity and began cooperation with Ukrainian universities. Cooperation between universities and businesses significantly contributes to improving professional education and the development of the IT sector in Ukraine.

Boosta has already started cooperation with eight universities, including Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Kyiv National Economic University, van Franko National University of Lviv, State University of Trade and Economics, Uzhgorod National University, The National University of Ostroh Academy, and National University of Food Technologies since the 2022/2023 academic year. Indirectly, the company also cooperates with other universities through youth organizations STUD-POINT, UGEN, and others.

Boosta has great expertise because the company’s specialists have worked in highly competitive niches in foreign markets for more than eight years, and hundreds of thousands of people use our products. It is time to share this expertise because the development of talented students is an investment in the future of our country.” – comments Anastasia Hovorun, Head of PR at Boosta.

Today, company representatives actively participate in job fairs, give lectures and webinars, and create internship programs. The primary purpose of Boosta’s activity is to improve the professional education and employment level of students.

“When I was a student, I did not know enough about how to get a job or what opportunities are possible for beginners. Finding a job has always been scary. Today, as a company representative, I want to help students realize that the first job can be cool and encourage them to develop. We are open to those who are ready to conquer new heights.” – says Anna Kryvak, Student Relationship Manager at Boosta.

Boosta’s plans include developing current educational programs in cooperation with universities, conducting lectures and practical classes for students, providing scholarships and grants, and much more. In addition, the company is developing the information Telegram channel “Boosta for youth” where it constantly publishes opportunities for students, announces challenges, and shares open vacancies. Boosta is open to cooperation with other universities.
