IT Research: Salary Report is a new study by Lviv IT Cluster designed to analyze salary trends in the Ukrainian IT market. The study data will be useful for tech companies willing to understand the rewards and compensation market, to have up-to-date data for budget policies, to be a competitive employer and to offer a decent reward for employees, thus, preventing the outflow of personnel.
Lviv IT Cluster unites more than 250 technology companies and is the largest industry association in the region. This allows the Cluster to obtain data from direct market players. The analytical report will feature not only the general indicators of the IT industry for various positions, skill levels, etc. but also details about companies representing different business models and sizes. This will allow the owners of the report to more accurately compare their company with companies in the same segment.
In this study, Lviv IT Cluster’s team is guided by a methodology that ensures high-level data reliability and involves the participation of local companies providing their own factual data. These companies represent a significant share of the market in terms of the number of specialists, hence, their involvement in the project allows getting the most accurate data, without typical ambiguous interpretations of the results or relying on purely estimates of salary expectations.
