Legal Consulting is a project of the Lviv IT Cluster that emerged in response to the request from the community companies for legal support and consultations following the full-scale invasion. Its goal is to assist companies with expertise gained by the Lviv IT Cluster’s legal team over the past ten years and continue to acquire through participation in special working groups and the formation of legal approaches for regulating the tech industry.
Legal Consulting encompasses various legal services, from operational consulting for tech companies to expertise in specific areas. Within Legal Consulting, community companies can also access unique services that address the challenges of the state of war or request special webinars on the most relevant topics for the tech business. Thousands of employees from Lviv IT Cluster member companies have attended these webinars.
“The webinar is practical, addressing real cases, and the material presented allows for planning a general course of action at different stages of the mobilization,” shared Dmitry Shandyba, CTO of Piano Software Inc.
The Legal Consulting team helps businesses continue operating as usual during challenging times. They work in all the crucial business and government working groups and directly influence the formation of legislation. This allows the voice of tech companies to be more prominent when it comes to essential industry decisions. Working with a community of over 260 companies enables them to understand the business needs of companies of various sizes. Nestor Shvets, the Chief Legal Officer of Lviv IT Cluster, leads the Legal Consulting team.
