Since 2019, PeopleForce has been expanding in the HR Tech industry across more than 30 countries, including Western Europe, Asia, and LATAM countries. The company creates a comprehensive HR platform that ensures the best employee experience at every stage of the employee life cycle and offers a digital hub for HR professionals with the latest talent management automation tools.
Companies such as Deloitte, Rakuten, Reply, Roosh, Room8 Studio, Ajax, and 600+ other companies have joined in using the PeopleForce HR platform to streamline their HR and recruiting processes, develop their teams, and cultivate a high-efficiency corporate culture. PeopleForce’s mission is to empower businesses by shifting the focus from mundane tasks to people, creating an enjoyable workplace environment.
In addition to expanding into the Western European market, PeopleForce is developing programs related to charity and youth education. The company operates PeopleAcademy, an initiative that allows universities and schools to educate their students in personnel management based on the HR platform. Over 5 Ukrainian state universities, such as Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kyiv National Economic University, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv etc., and 6 schools have joined this initiative, aiming to provide their students with knowledge of the latest trends and demonstrate optimization options during their education, which will help them in future employment.
This enables students to gain practical experience early on and adhere to modern work standards. PeopleForce operates this initiative voluntarily and engages young people in learning to work with the progressive HR platform.
Since its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the PeopleForce team has supported Ukrainians through a charitable initiative, providing charitable centres, programs, and volunteers free access to the HR platform to better coordinate their work and employees. 12 charitable organizations, including CF “ТИ – АНГЕЛ”, “Tabletochki”, and CF Ukrainian Bone Marrow Donor Registry, have joined this initiative, using PeopleForce to automate and facilitate their team’s work during challenging times. PeopleForce team volunteers and donates funds to support the Ukrainian army and medical centres.
In 2022, PeopleForce closed an investment round with Polish venture fund Pracuj Ventures, becoming the fund’s 9th portfolio company. The company also entered the list of 25 teams receiving support from Google for Startups and was recognized as one of the top 100 startups at the international WebSummit 2022 forum.
