Radency, an outsourcing software development company, has joined the Lviv IT Cluster. The company provides top-tier development teams on demand for tech companies based in Europe and the USA.
Radency was founded by two seasoned IT executives in 2020 and managed to build a 50-person team within just 18 months. With a very selective approach to hiring, Radency is trusted by former engineering leaders of Twilio, Stripe and Amazon. In the in-house training and certification center, the company helps hundreds of talented engineers polish their skills and progress in their career.
“We’ve become a member of the Lviv IT Cluster in the most turbulent times, and we are confident that joining forces now will allow us to contribute more significantly to the causes that will help our country win and bounce back. We are thrilled to participate in the innovative and forward-thinking projects by the IT Cluster,” Kateryna Semenista, Co-CEO of Radency.
“Lviv IT Cluster is open to new ideas and opportunities for collaboration. I hope that Radency will become a proactive member of our community and will contribute to the launching and implementation of new important projects,” says Stepan Veselovskyi, СЕО of Lviv IT Cluster.
