Ride to Ukraine: Impressit Supports Tom Hashemi’s Initiative to Help Clear Landmines in Ukraine

Impressit, the IT company from Lviv, supports the initiative of Tom Hashemi, CEO of the British company Cast from Clay, who plans to ride two thousand kilometers by bicycle, raising funds for the demining of de-occupied Ukrainian territories.

The cost of disarming one mine is approximately £500. CEO of British company Cast from Clay Tom Hashemi has set a goal of raising £20,000 for MAG to defuse 40 or more mines.

To do this, at the end of April, Tom set off on a bicycle trip from London to Lviv. He will have to cover more than two thousand kilometers in 16 days. Follow Tom’s Instagram page to keep up with his progress.

In Lviv, Tom will meet Mayor Andriy Sadovyi, to whom he will hand over a letter signed by 130 MPs. In this way, Tom would like to contribute to strengthening the ties between the Lviv administration and the leading persons in the British Parliament.

Tom is a long-time friend of Impress It’s CEO Roman Zomko, so the company and Roman personally actively help Tom to organize the trip, meet with Lviv officials and spread information about this fundraising.
