Simply Contact, a customer support outsourcing company, joins Lviv IT Cluster. The company offers multilingual and omnichannel customer services globally and serves as a reliable partner for creating customized contact centers for front-office and back-office purposes. Among Simply Contact customers are enterprises and SMBs such as Wizz Air, Metro Cash & Carry, Yves Rocher, Fareportal, Blackcatcard, and others.
Simply Contact was founded in Dnipro, Ukraine in 2013 with the aim to help companies stay competitive, improve customer experience, and enhance the efficiency of customer service by establishing targeted outsourced contact centers. Following the recognition of their support services, Simply Contact started to rapidly expand the team and opened offices in Poltava, Kyiv, and Lviv, with over 500 people working for customers from different countries. Recently, the company opened its first office outside of Ukraine in the city of Warsaw, Poland. Now it is actively developing providing more opportunities for broadening the scope and launching new projects.
Currently, the company supports Ukraine not only with charitable donations. Since the first month of the war, the Simply Contact team has been serving several citizen support lines on a volunteer basis, among them: the contact center of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 15-45, the hotline of the Office of the President of Ukraine, citizen requests of the Razom charity organization, the project of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and others. In total, since the beginning of the war, the Simply Contact team has already processed more than 500,000 requests from people who found themselves in a difficult situation due to the war.
