On November 7, as part of the Victory Projects initiative, Lviv IT Cluster, alongside representatives from its member companies and the Lviv Regional Military Administration, delivered critical equipment to the Air Command West and the Western Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. This time, the total value of the support exceeded 2,000,000 UAH.

Air Command West received equipment essential for the effective coordination and management of defense operations. This includes T-Bone V4 ground stations, quadcopters, FPV goggles, tablets, drone control panels, charging stations, and other gear. This technology enhances battlefield reconnaissance capabilities, enabling the rapid detection of enemy positions from a safe distance, thereby minimizing risks to soldiers. Additionally, it ensures uninterrupted and secure communication, even in challenging conditions.
The technical support for the analytics and command centers of Air Command West is being implemented as part of the SKY project within the Victory Projects initiative. The goal of the project is to enhance the effectiveness of air defense systems across eight regions in western Ukraine. It was launched in the first months of the full-scale invasion. Since then, member companies of our business association have contributed about 34,000,000 UAH to the initiative.
“We are extremely grateful to Lviv IT Cluster and the Lviv Regional Military Administration. We often cannot mobilize our budget and resources quickly in these difficult times. Your support enables us to act immediately, enhancing the technological capabilities of our mobile fire groups and boosting the protection of our personnel,” said Denys Levkovych, a representative of Air Command West.
The State Border Guard Service also received modern equipment. Military personnel of the 7th Border Carpathian Detachment were provided with rechargeable batteries for radio stations, generators, combined vehicle heaters, and network equipment. All of this will help ensure uninterrupted communication in the field and maintain autonomy during combat operations.
“Our rapid-response border unit has been stationed on the front lines since the start of the full-scale invasion. For nearly three years, these soldiers have been away from home. We aim to provide this technical equipment specifically to support this unit. We are grateful to everyone involved in supporting Ukrainian defenders,” emphasized State Border Guard representative Oleh Trofymenko.
This is already the eighth batch of equipment for border guards under the Guardian project, which is part of Victory Projects. The project aims to improve working conditions and boost the efficiency of the Border Guard Service. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Lviv IT Cluster member companies have donated over 25,500,000 UAH to this initiative.
Both projects are implemented in collaboration with the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
“The Border Guard Service is not only about securing the western border. The Lviv Border Guard Detachment consistently rotates soldiers to the most intense areas in Ukraine. It is essential for them to have modern equipment. The same goes for Air Command West, which enables us to shoot down drones and missiles heading toward Lviv,” explained Maksym Kozytskiy, head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
Over 30 companies from Lviv IT Cluster, who systematically support Victory Projects with monthly contributions, participated in the procurement: Indeema Software, Teamvoy, RedTag, BotsCrew, VITech, LinkUp Studio, Impressit, Forbytes, Axles, Blackthorn Vision, CharStudio, AiSDR, Vakoms, QubStudio, Romexsoft, Jappware, OTAKOYI, Kevych Solutions, Inoxoft, Artelogic, 8allocate, Apprecode, ELITEX, Bits Orchestra, Rolique, Levi9 Ukraine, NERDZ LAB, Yalantis, ViSoft, Sigma, N-iX.
“Today, we heard about the projects realized thanks to what seems like our modest support. The results are truly impressive! This inspires us to continue supporting and launching new initiatives to hasten our victory,” shared Yaroslav Charkovskyi, CEO of CharStudio.
“Such projects show that businesses are more than just companies – they are people who constantly donate. We stand united and contribute to our shared victory,” emphasized Volodymyr Nazarkevych, CEO of Kevych Solutions.
“Our country is significantly smaller than the aggressor state, yet with the help of technology, we can effectively resist the enemy,” added Volodymyr Shevchyk, CEO of Indeema Software.

The total value of equipment for Air Command West equals 1,500,000 UAH, and for the border defenders – 500,000 UAH.
“We are grateful to all Lviv IT Cluster members who consistently respond to our requests. Thanks to this, we can swiftly address the needs of the military and provide Ukrainian defenders with the best equipment. Quality technical support is a critical component of effective defense in modern warfare, so we will continue helping those in need,” concluded Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster.
Since the full-scale invasion began, Lviv IT Cluster member companies have contributed over 138,000,000 UAH to Victory Projects, equivalent to more than 4,000,000 USD.
