Uklon Joins Lviv IT Cluster

In January 2024, the Ukrainian product IT company, Uklon, became a member of the Lviv IT Cluster. This move enables Uklon to actively collaborate with other market players, exchange best practices, and collectively work on the development of new technological solutions.

“The Ukrainian IT industry, despite two years of full-scale war, continues to develop actively and be in the economic and volunteer vanguard of the country. We do everything we can to ensure that our economy is stable and that the Armed Forces receive innovative assistance in full. That’s why we are part of the Lviv IT Cluster, one of the best technology associations in Ukraine. At Uklon, we are ready to share our practices, experience, expertise, and generally working on improving the industry”, — Serhiy Hryshkov, CEO Uklon said.

Currently, Uklon operates in 27 cities across the country, handling over 4 million orders monthly. In 2023, the company announced its expansion into the markets of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

Uklon’s experts develop the eponymous application in the ride-hailing industry. Over the company’s history, they have created more than 20 products, including the Rider App, Driver App, CRM, Map Services, Delivery, Fleet, Corporate, and Data.

It is noteworthy that since the beginning of the war, the company has consistently supported the Ukrainian army. Since 2014, the company has been in partnership with the “Come Back Alive” Foundation, contributing over 14 million hryvnias. Starting in 2022, Uklon provides monthly support to cover operational expenses for the team at the Serhiy Prytula Foundation. In addition, Uklon continuously supports various projects financially, resulting in donations exceeding 40 million hryvnias to the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the period of the full-scale invasion.

In 2023, the company closed two fundraising campaigns, accumulating a total of 80 million hryvnias. This amount is being converted into 3,000 FPV drones and training for 420 pilots. As of January 2024, a joint fundraising campaign by Uklon, the Serhiy Prytula Foundation, and the holding of emotions “!Fest” is ongoing, aiming to raise 100 million hryvnias for the purchase of 5,000 FPV drones and related equipment.

In April 2023, with the support of Mastercard and MacPaw, Uklon launched the “Inclusive” car class for people using wheelchairs. The project was also endorsed by the Ukrainian Veterans Foundation and the “Business Without Barriers” community.

To support and assist veterans, Uklon has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ukrainian Veterans Foundation.

“Welcome Uklon to Lviv IT Cluster! We are delighted to have such a modern, successful company with an active civic position strengthen our community. We eagerly look forward to our fruitful collaboration, as we believe together we can more effectively advance the technological industry and support the Armed Forces of Ukraine in bringing victory closer,” said Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of the Lviv IT Cluster.
