From CMO to Deputy CEO: Iryna Makhnorilova has assumed a new positionat the IT company Boosta

The international IT company Boosta continues its path of transformation towards improvement and expansion. Along with this, a new role has been created within the company – Deputy CEO, a C-level position that involves supporting and executing the company’s strategic goals under the leadership of the CEO, Dmytro Bondar. Iryna Makhnorilova has been promoted to this position.

In her new role as Deputy CEO, Iryna will focus on developing key niches that are prioritized for the company. Her tasks will include expanding the project portfolio, as well as creating synergy between teams. Additionally, she has been tasked with other objectives such as creating a sales house, working on revenue, and increasing the efficiency of individual teams.

Iryna brings years of experience to the company: she joined Boosta over five years ago as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Overall, she has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, leading teams in highly competitive niches in Western markets. Additionally, Irina is an experienced speaker at top niche conferences, a lecturer at Boosta Academy courses, and an author of expert materials in the media.
