On February 26th, Vitalii Nuzhnyi joined the Ciklum team to drive the company’s business growth in three Eastern European locations – Ukraine, Poland, and Bulgaria. A renowned IT executive with 20 years of experience and strong expertise in the BFSI and Automotive sectors, Vitaliy will focus on the strategically important location for Ciklum – Ukraine, which serves as the company’s largest delivery center. Ciklum has united Ukraine, Poland, and Bulgaria into a single cluster to ensure flexibility in client interactions and expand delivery capabilities in the region.
Vitalii has experience managing project portfolios worth over $100m and cross-functional engineering teams of over 2000 professionals. He has implemented successful organizational transformations to boost operational efficiency and launched new delivery centers worldwide, including in LATAM and APAC countries. He has collaborated with teams from leading financial corporations and Fortune-500 automotive companies.
