What Specialists Does the IT Industry Need in 2024: GlobalLogic Shared actual Directions

Despite all the challenges, the IT sector remains a major contributor to the export of services and offers a promising career path. One of the largest IT companies in Ukraine, GlobalLogic, ranked 4th in the ranking of the most attractive companies for Ukrainian IT professionals, continues to engage talented professionals. The team defined the areas in the greatest demand in 2024.

As of February 2024, GlobalLogic has more than 160 open positions across various projects. More than half of the positions (63%) were remote. The most relevant areas are as follows:

• QA Automation – 14 

The C++ stack has remained relevant for several years in a row: in 2023, specialists in this area were also among the most sought-after. C++ skills are used in the development of software in the automotive industry, medicine, networking devices, computer games, etc.
