Wiseboard Joins Lviv IT Cluster

Since 2023, Wiseboard has been helping Ukrainian IT businesses grow with the expert guidance of top-tier advisors. Founded after the full-scale war, Wiseboard has boosted the development of over 40 tech companies, helping them identify growth blockers, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.

Currently, there are more than 100 advisors in the Wiseboard pool: founders, top executives, and vice presidents with extensive experience from leading Ukrainian and international companies, including Genesis, MacPaw, Softserve, Yalantis, ELEKS, Intellias, and others. Their expertise covers sales, marketing, business development, operations, delivery, and R&D.

Wiseboard offers a handpicking choice of advisors, after determining the company’s individual needs and challenges. Wiseboard’s CEO has more than 10 years of experience in recruiting, as well as deep knowledge of the tech industry, which helps to create a perfect match. The advisors’ pool includes experts from various countries and industries.

Currently, the Wiseboard team consists of 20 specialists working remotely from Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Toronto, and Warsaw. All are united by a common goal, and eager to empower Ukrainian IT companies on their way to becoming outstanding players on the international tech stage.

Wiseboard supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine alongside the “Mentory v Tylu” charity platform, founded by Arthur at the beginning of the full-scale war. This project boasts over 500 mentors, including experts from Google, Meta, Grammarly, Preply, Amazon, and Wix, who have guided the personal and professional growth of dozens of individuals and businesses. All income from consultations is directed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, contributing more than 1 million hryvnias on aid by now.
