After graduating Y Combinator for the second time in 5 years, AiSDR co-founders Yuriy and Oleg Zaremba decided to unite and share their expertise with the most innovative IT community in Ukraine by joining the Lviv IT Cluster ecosystem in October 2023.
This is the second company built by Oleg and Yuriy that has joined the association. The previous one, AXDRAFT, has been a member of the Lviv IT Cluster since 2022.

We are excited to be part of the community and contribute to the growth of the IT landscape in Ukraine during these troubled times,” mentions Yuriy Zaremba.
Having previously launched a successful contract automation and CLM platform, this time the founders shifted gears by focusing on sales outreach automation. With over 6 years of experience running founder-led sales and managing sales teams, Yuriy admits the quality of SDR outreach and lead qualification has always given way to quantity and time constraints. This makes the average communications sent by SDRs not personal enough to make a difference, leading to missed sales quota and stalled business growth.
This is why he decided to launch AiSDR, an AI Sales Assistant that reaches out to both inbound and outbound leads with the aim of guiding prospects further along their sales journey. AiSDR acts as an independent SDR powered by generative AI that qualifies, communicates, and books meetings with prospects for client’s sales team on autopilot at 10% of a full-time in-house SDR’s cost. The system creates and sends hyper-personalized emails, maintaining the conversation with the goal of converting them.
Unlike similar platforms, AiSDR delivers results without any human oversight needed. The platform can expertly answer questions, send tailored follow-ups, and counter objections, guaranteeing a custom reply to any incoming request in less than 10 minutes.
“At AiSDR, we make personalization easily scalable by training our AI to understand the customer persona, navigate the business like an in-house team member, and create consistently relevant human-like outreach. By adjusting the outreach to different intent levels and prospect maturity, and analyzing background information for each lead, we make sure that AiSDR performs on par with human SDRs. We see an average of 1% lead-to-demo conversion rates and a 5-8% reply rate.” says Oleg Zaremba.
The company prides itself on being product-first and result-oriented, striving to become an all-in-one platform for prospect outreach. New features and enhancements are released weekly, and in mid-December, AiSDR plans to provide a native database of verified outbound leads. In 2024, the team will focus on Salesforce, Outlook, and Zapier integrations, as well as adding more outreach channels.
