During the recent Lviv IT Cluster General Assembly Meeting, IT Club Loyalty released a brand-new tech solution – an HR platform. The key goal of the new solution is to empower HR professionals to manage the distribution of IT Club cards among specialists and facilitate the use of the platform as a powerful tool for motivating specialists. IT Club Loyalty is a loyalty program for tech professionals. The service initially launched as a regional loyalty program for tech professionals in Lviv, has evolved into an effective HR solution for the top employers in Ukraine. Currently, the IT Club app is utilized by over 300 tech companies and 30,000 specialists.
