We are currently looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who can effectively develop promotion strategies for Lviv IT Cluster’s products, set up and analyze advertising campaigns across various channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve maximum business results and increase the profitability of our projects and products.
Products you will be working with:
Our ideal candidate:
- Understands the principles of classic marketing (Trout, Ries, Ogilvy, Godin as the foundation);
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or Marketing Specialist in a creative agency;
- Has experience coordinating ad campaigns in B2B and B2C segments on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms;
- Is proficient with Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking;
- Knows how to work with email marketing and chatbots (Mailerlite, SendPulse, or similar tools);
- Can manage large contact databases, segment audiences, and build personalized campaigns
- Can create copywriting materials for ad creatives;
- Can develop creative packages — from hypothesis to final visuals/videos — in collaboration with the design team;
- Uses A/B testing to track the effectiveness of every step;
- Applies an analytical approach to decision-making;
- Has strong communication skills and is ready to actively collaborate with the team and Product Owners of the projects and products they promote;
- Can manage and launch multiple projects simultaneously, including those in the IT field
- Fluent in English at B2 (Upper Intermediate) or above;
- Can work on-site in Kyiv or Lviv and is open to business trips.
An advantage would be:
- Experience in developing products for international markets;
- Experience with SEO and content marketin;
- Experience working with Looker Studio;
- Copywriting skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and analyzing advertising campaigns for Lviv IT Cluster products;
- Planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns (in collaboration with a PPC specialist) across various channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Monitoring key campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI) and continuously improving performance;
- Conducting A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness;
- Working with audiences to segment and target based on data insights;
- Developing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns (creating emails, setting up automation, and segmenting databases);
- Analyzing email campaign results (open rate, CTR, conversions) and implementing optimizations to improve performance;
- Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and developers to create content needed for marketing campaigns;
- Implementing digital marketing tools and platforms to automate processes and improve results.

Additional important details:
- Full-time employment;
- Work hours are 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday;
- Work is office-based with a hybrid option (office-remote) after the probation period;
- Office work: Lviv – 3 Ulas Samchuk St.; Kyiv – 8 Knyaziv Ostrozkykh St. (Creative States of Arsenal)
